Planning Around Our Busiest Days
Some dates fill up faster than others. On home football Saturdays and Saturdays in May and October, our pit and kitchen team are running at full speed, so availability for large orders is limited and some dates may be unavailable. When placing an order on or near one of these days, including by-the-lb. pickup, we recommend booking at least one week in advance. If your date is already close, give us a call and we’ll help you find the best option, whether that’s a different pickup time, a menu adjustment, or a nearby date.
We’re closed for catering on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve/Day, and dates around other holidays tend to book quickly.
