Dead End BBQ is excited to announce its Summer 2011 BBQ Cooking Series. This is your chance to become the hero of your own back yard cookouts. Barbeque with confidence when you learn from the best!
The cost to attend each class is $100. Classes take place on the patio at the Dead End BBQ restaurant on Sutherland Ave. Refreshments will be served, and you will have plenty of BBQ to sample. There are only 30 openings per class. Reserve your spot by calling or stopping by the Dead End.

Saturday, April 23 9:00am - 1:30pm Hands on Ribs Class & More with George
George will teaching a hands on Rib Cooking Class. Everyone will participate in learning how to trim, prep, rub, baste and smoke ribs. We will also discuss Pork and Brisket!
